Before applying as a seller on our multivendor e-commerce platform, please read the following policies carefully. By applying and selling on this platform, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. Seller Eligibility

• The seller must be a valid individual or a legally registered business entity.

• Accurate and up-to-date information (name, contact number, address, and business details) must be provided.

• Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection or account suspension.

2. Product Listing Policy

• All product information including title, images, price, and description must be accurate and genuine.

• Selling counterfeit, illegal, prohibited, or copyright-infringing products is strictly forbidden.

• Misleading titles, incorrect categories, or fake offers are not allowed.

3. Pricing & Commission

• Sellers are fully responsible for setting product prices.

• A platform-defined commission will be deducted from each successful order.

• Any changes to commission or charges will be communicated in advance.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

• Sellers must confirm and process orders within the specified time.

• Incorrect, damaged, or incomplete products must not be shipped.

• Repeated order cancellations or delivery delays may lead to account restrictions.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Sellers must follow the platform’s return and refund policies.

• Valid return requests from customers must be accepted.

• Refunds must be completed within the defined timeframe.

6. Seller Conduct

• Sellers must maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.

• Off-platform transactions with customers are strictly prohibited.

• Any form of fraud, abuse, or unethical activity is not allowed.

7. Ratings & Reviews

• Customer ratings and reviews must be earned organically.

• Fake reviews, rating manipulation, or pressuring customers is prohibited.

• Consistently poor performance may result in account suspension.

8. Policy Violations & Actions

• Violations may lead to warnings, payment holds, order suspension, or permanent account termination.

• Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.

9. Policy Updates

• The platform reserves the right to update or modify this Seller Policy at any time.

• Updated policies will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
